RETURNS

To make a return, you must follow the following procedure:

1º Contact the Sales Department to inform them of the return at: info@diessaportugal.pt
2º Once you have received authorization, print out the return document (returns - warranties), fill it out correctly and send the item, with a copy of the packing slip, the return form, to Diessa Portugal with the appropriate information, in its original packaging.
